Sessions are flexible and can be discussed, if needed, by parents at the Welcome Meeting. My maximum working hours are 07:30 - 18:00, with a standard full day being 08:00 – 17:00. If you require more than standard hours additional fees will be required.
Full Day
08:00 - 17:00 @ £38 per session.
3/4 Day
08:00 - 15:00 @ £30 per session.
Half Day
08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:00 @ £22 per session.
Before & After School
Before School, 08:00 drop off @ £5 per session
After School, 17:00 pick up @ £10 per session
Drop off and Pick Up
This will traditionally be from my house, but I am flexible in terms of pick up being part of the school run to Ysgol Llandrillo Yn Rhos. Times for pick up will be fixed and will need to be adhered to for everyone’s safety. If you fail to collect your child within 15 minutes of collection time, I will ring you to see where you are. If I am unable to contact you within 30 minutes of the original collection time, I will begin to ring the contacts on the emergency contact list.
If you child attends an after school club, this can be discussed and catered for as long as it does not affect other minded children.
Payment Terms
Any questions about the fees, please speak to me in the first instance.
- Fees are payable in advance on the 1st of each month. An invoice will be given in the last week of the previous month to ensure the correct fees are being paid.
- Fees are still payable when a child is absent for any reasons including illness.
- I will need 4 weeks notice of sessions that need to be cancelled, they will then be reimbursed. Any cancellations with less notice will still be charged.
- You will be entitled to 2 weeks unpaid leave during the year, anything over this will be fully charged.
- I’m part of the Government Tax Free Childcare scheme and can accept this method of payment, effectively reducing my fees by 25%. Visit www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare for more info.
- I am also signed up to the 3 and 4 year olds 30 hours free childcare.
- If I have to close, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund these sessions.
- If for any reason I have to close during the day, parents will be informed as soon as possible.
- Fees are subject to review.
- If payment is not received for a child’s fees I will inform you verbally after the first session of the missed payment.
- If payment is still not received after the second session the request will be followed up in writing. Arrears will not be carried for more than two sessions and you child’s place will be suspended until payment is received.
- If fees are persistently late or not at all, I will be forced to terminate your child’s place.
