“Becoming a child minder has been a dream of mine”
Hello! I am Lisa, my family and I moved to Wales in 2013, with the hope of bringing our children up in one of the most beautiful places in the UK. We moved for the sea, the mountains and all the valleys in between.
I have been married to my husband Dave, for over 10 years and we have two lovely children, Oliver and Georgina. To complete our household we have 2 Springer Spaniels, Damson and Hazel and some fish!
We are very lucky to have lots of family around us who we are able to see on a regular basis.
I qualified as a Primary School teacher in 2007 and have been in a variety of school settings over the past 12 years.
I have been lucky enough to work with a range of students, a range of additional learning needs and a range of ages, in fact some as young as 3 and some as old as 65!
My husband is also a teacher and works in one of our local secondary schools teaching Physics.
Becoming a child minder has been a dream of mine since having such a wonderful time with my children at home.
So I made the decision, put my mind to it, completed my training and registration and I am now looking forward to having a chance to be a part of your child’s life, to help and guide them in their first and most important years.
