Menus will be changed on a weekly basis, but are likely to consist of the following types of food. Throughout the day children will have access to water or squash and will also have a milk at snack time through the milk scheme.
A range of cereals including porridge, Cheerios or Weetabix
Toast – Wholemeal or White with butter and jam
Crumpets with butter
Range of fruit – Apples, bananas, grapes or seasonal
Cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus
Breadsticks
Red and Yellow Peppers
Cheese and Crackers
Risotto – Tomato, chicken, Salmon (VG Vegetable)
Sausages and new potatoes (VG Quorn Sausages)
Jacket Potatoes – Various toppings, beans, cheese, tuna
Spaghetti Bolognese (VG Quorn Mince)
